Hello! I’m Roser de Tienda y de Robert de Lafregéyre.
When I got married, I’ve adopted the surname of my French husband, which is as big as his last name and so, we became a large family.
During the last 30 years I’ve worked in the journalistic field as an informative writer and lecturer, as well as raising my tribe, and after living in several countries, I now live in Barcelona because I like to be close to my people.
However, there came a time in my life when I felt I wanted to do more and help people directly. That is why I decided to go to the university where I studied for 5 years and without rest the career of Doctor of Chiropractic, and now I am also a Licentiate and Master in Chiropractic, specializing in women’s health and childhood.
Since then and every day, from our clinic L’olivera I continue to enthusiastically help people to know how their body works and the benefits of living a 100% life without subluxations.
Years later I said to myself: ‘Roser, you want even more, you want to help as many more people’, and I did: I wrote a book with the objective that people know the importance of being well connected chiropractically since they are born, for so they can express their full potential and be happy.

Concerned about what I heard in the consultation and after observing for years the pressure to which the women of the 21st century are subjected, I decided to share, through my second book, “Hazte la vida fácil” (“Make your life easy”), tips to reconnect, guidelines for living in a conscious way and reflecting stories of real women. A book published with Punto Rojo and where I reflect from the outset why women are in continuous crisis and what we can do to change it.
As a life coach and chiropractic doctor I also hold conferences, workshops and volunteering, with special interest in the world of women and children, who are my greatest illusion in this profession.
I’m currently a clinic supervisor at the BCC, Pompeu Fabra University.
Some of my professional mentors are Deepak Chopra, Joe Dispenza, De Martini, Eric Pearl, Wayne Dyer y Bruce Lipton, although I have many others for whom I feel real passion and I will share!
On a personal level, I am the mother of three wonderful children, I like to meditate, sing gospel, dance and good people, wherever they are. I am a very happy and enterprising woman.
